Capitol Bridge Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payment Specialist to join our team. The specialist will be responsible for tracking payments, creating invoices, and reconciling refunds. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Microsoft systems, excellent financial skills, and a keen eye for detail.
This position is contingent upon project award and contract approval.
Location: Remote (Within commuting distance of Isabella PR)

Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately recording payment details and maintaining accurate records within Excel spreadsheets.
- Ensuring payments are reconciled with customer accounts and internal records.
- Addressing customer inquiries regarding payments, resolving discrepancies, and providing explanations.
- Identifying and resolving payment-related errors, including rejected payments or insufficient funds.
- Adhering to relevant regulations and internal procedures related to payment processing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years in finance and/or customer service preferred
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy are required.
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to handle confidential information and materials in an appropriate manner.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint required.
- Strong problem-solving skills are required.
