About the Role  

Capitol Bridge Puerto Rico is seeking a proactive and engaging Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. You’ll connect with candidates through multiple channels—phone, email, text, and live meetings— to assess their fit for various positions.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, with flexibility required to support business needs
Location: Isabela, Puerto Rico 00662 – onsite  

Job Responsibilities:   
- Manage high-volume recruiting pipelines focusing on roles that require frequent, large-scale and deadline-driven hiring
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and prompt communication and professionalism
- Build a large pool of qualified candidates by utilizing a variety of sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.)
- Track and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
- Continuously make recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting processes

Qualifications:  
- 2+ years of experience in High-Volume Recruiting required
- High School diploma or equivalent required  
- Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidate information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills  
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, handle deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
- General knowledge of relevant employment laws, compliance standards and recruiting best practices
